Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Different products have different delivery times. The products will be delivered as soon as possible on the basis of quality assurance. Usually the delivery time is within 7-15 days after we received your advance.

Q: Will you accept the customized and OEM products?

A: Yes, we can do the production based on your drawings and with your logo, also because we have a very strong design and development team, so the feedback is very good for customized products.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Commonly two payment terms for new customers

1) 30%T/T in advance, 70% the balance against B/L copy.

2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: How about the samples, Is it free to extra fees?

A: Yes, we would like to supply the samples before order, if the samples are from stock, it will be free.

If the samples are from new production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
